ServPro of Ft Wayne has been the worst experience we have ever had in contracting any sort of service. When you first meet them they cannot do enough for you, but once it’s time for the job to start it all goes downhill from there. REPEATED times of not showing up when scheduled. They have excuses for everything. They cannot be relied upon. Do yourself a huge favor and contact another company. If you read their reviews mine is the only recent one. All the rest are from 2 years ago and beyond.
