Chantalle was amazingly sweet and super helpful! We absolutely loved working with her and she made our long distance closing incredibly easy with page by page directions on who needed to sign, which pages needed the notary, etc. She was extremely knowledgeable and very efficient. We greatly appreciate her and are so grateful that we had the opportunity to work with her! It was definitely a pleasure!

I have worked numerous deals with Kaitlyn and the experience is always the same - outstanding. No matter how stacked her workload is, she provides the same standard of service, professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond to help the transaction close smoothly. If I had it my way, I would never use another title company. If you haven't had a transaction with Kaitlyn yet - you haven't experienced a great closing.
