Working with Seth Jacobs was the best decision we ever made. Seth made the process so simple and easy. His communication with us during the process was great. We found a house to buy, but first had to sell our existing home. Definitely a stressful time in our life, but Seth made the financing aspect very easy which reduced the amount of stress we were under. We are hoping to never move again, but if we decide to, you can be guaranteed that Seth will be the first one we call if we decide to.
