I would rate 0 stars if I could. Do not book there ! Complete waste of money !! I waited 2 month for my appointment and my next month is 10 weeks out. Recommended is 4-6 weeks so get good results! I regret buying!! I should have traded or cancelled my order!! Receptionist is arrogant. Place is nice and clean, but that is about the only thing that was good!

I called to schedule an appointment and the representative was absolutely lovely and helpful. She did however tell me that they are booked out for the next 6 months. WAIT WHAT? What did I just pay for?
I liked the experience and the nurse was amazing. But the fact that they take forever to get you an appointment and then once they do, you can’t even get another appointment within the recommended 4-6 weeks follow up. They gave me a 10 week appointment after my first visit. What a bummer. Won’t buy from here again for that.
I wanted to get full leg done and had a lower leg package. Based on the call for making an appointment, I thought I would suppose to pay just for upper leg but the receptionist told me I need to pay for knees too! 👎🏻
Very professional, explained process before starting treatment
I bought a groupon for 6 treatments and it expires in April and I'm not getting my next appointment until 2 months from the 1st visit. My groupon is gonna expire and I won't get all my treatment
I’m not very hairy and have had laser before, but I’m not sure SUV laser is very thorough. It goes to fast and misses areas, which defeats the purpose. Also, if you are having lower or upper legs treated, they don’t cover knees. So now you have hairy knees? Not worth it!
I wasnt told that the Groupon only covered the lower part of the leg and my daughter had the full leg and I was charged $70 which I didnt have. So now she has 5 more half legs left. I even called before I purchased the Groupon to ask which one is the correct one to buy for her full leg. They also only had 2 sets of glasses per room so I couldn't stay with my 14 year old daughter. Ridiculous.
They treat GroupOn customers differently than other clients. They can fit you in no problem if you’re not GroupOn, if you’re a GroupOn client you have to wait 8 weeks. I was flabbergasted when the associate told me that! Due to scheduling conflicts (if you have to reschedule your appt, hey wait another 8 weeks!) Also, first two sessions laser was very low and I saw no results even after 5 sessions
