I love Rupi 🫶🏽💕 I was super nervous at first but she was very helpful, kind, and welcoming. I’ve been going to her for the past few months and I’ve seen great results and little to no hair growth back. I’ve gone with other nurses and for some reason there would be no change for my hair growth but once I started going with her it was a drastic change and such an amazing decline. She really is my go to girl 🤍
The lady who gave me the first seating service misguided me. She made me confuse. She was not willing to provide me service, which I already paid for. When I told her I wanted the same service which I paid for. She started service with no customer service or care. She just completed task in less than 10 minutes. I don't know if it's gonna work for me or not. She just was just behaving like she wanted to get rid of her work. Please make sure your service provider are humble towards customers.
Terrible. I always have a great experience especially at this location. The nurse this time went WAY TOO FAST. Like a 20 minute service was turned into a 10. She also had an attitude. Her name was Amanda I believe. By the way, I travel all the way from Central Valley to the Bay Area for this and not to mention it’s very expensive…
I have had 4 laser hair removal treatments and each one has gone very well. The ladies have made me feel comfortable and were very knowledgeable whenever I had questions. I have seen great results thus far.
initially started laser hair removal with Sev using a Groupon deal, like many of their customers, because it seemed like a great value. However, after spending thousands of dollars and completing 11 sessions on my legs only and many on other areas , I still have two small patches (about 4 by 1 inch each) that need a touch-up. Unfortunately, the company refuses to do a simple touch-up — instead, they want to charge me for a full leg treatment just to address these tiny areas.
