I was so happy to see this location open because I no longer needed to drive all the way to Dallas. However the Frisco location has been quite a disappointment and unorganized. Just an overall great experience. The laser process has been easy and comfortable. Everyone in there is so kind & sweet, especially the young lady at the front desk (forgive me for forgetting your name, you deserve recognition!). Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality laser treatment.
I have very mixed feelings about SEV. I bought a Groupon for 6 sessions. My first appointment there was one employee working, running both the check in and the laser. She was knowledgeable and the laser (my first experience) was quick and easy, but I thought it odd that she was doing both. My second appointment had to be rescheduled and I came 2 minutes late (it was for 10:10, I thought it was for 10:15). I started my laser hair removal journey before it was cool. I've experienced many technicians and lasers over the years, and I can confidently say that SEV provides the absolute best! Sulema was extremely professional, friendly and thorough. The facility was both clean and inviting. The laser was comfortable and effective.
Beautiful facility and amazing staff, I had a great technician. She was very knowledgeable and kind as well. Pain was 0/10, I was shocked that it didn’t hurt at all! I will definitely be back.
