I had an appointment for today and I called to let them know that I missed my exit and i will be less than 10 minutes late, spoke with Desiree: she let me know that she will cancel my appointment, I drove all the way from Aubrey for my very first laser experience . Alexa was EXTREMELY knowledgeable throughout my entire service. She was patient with me as a first timer and literally ZAPPED me in and out! Money well spent and deserved she’s the best I even spoke about it on my TikTok! @boujiemimi
Just an overall great experience. The laser process has been easy and comfortable. Everyone in there is so kind & sweet, especially the young lady at the front desk (forgive me for forgetting your name, you deserve recognition!). Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality laser treatment.
I was so happy to see this location open because I no longer needed to drive all the way to Dallas. However the Frisco location has been quite a disappointment and unorganized. They lie and don't take responsibility. They'll do the bare minimum and call it a day. 1. Went in for my consultation and they informed me that I will pay 70 PER SESSION for medium. (That was all) 2. I usually book my appointments for the location in Uptown and was almost immediately regretful that I changed locations. My appointment was for 10/30 at 10:00. I usually like to be the first appointment because I can arrive after my overnight shift at 8am. I drove an hour to get there, only for the store to never open!
