I absolutely loved my experience with SEV. The physical space is gorgeous and inviting, but more importantly, everyone who works there is really knowledgeable and helpful. This was my first time trying laser hair removal, and they were so kind and patient with me. I am so excited to continue my laser removal journey with them!
I had a great experience! Super quick and painless. Only feedback I would give is providing robes for clients instead of a thin sheet of paper to cover myself! Luckily I didn’t really care but I know modesty is big for certain people!
My experience at SEV laser was good. The technician that was doing the laser hair removal was efficient therefore I don’t have any qualms there. However the issue that I’ve had was with the fact that I wasn’t able to apply a promotion to my visit. There was a first time client promotion that was available on the website and when I booked my appointment for the Alexandria location I was able to apply it.
