Eunice, the laser technician is outstanding! Her attention to detail and precision never fails to exceed my expectations . I’ve barely had any hair growth. My skin tone has evened out, no ingrown hairs ever since I started my treatment, the small amount of hair that does grow back is very fine and thin. Eunice has made my experience very enjoyable. SEV Alpharetta was my first laser experience. Eunice is extremely informative, professional, and kind. She made me feel comfortable and at ease from start to finish. The lobby is beautiful and the rooms are very clean. I’ve had a few sessions now and I’m super happy with my results. I’ll always recommend this location!
First time, & decided to do it on my birthday!! Such a great experience from the time I walked in the door!! Very inviting and extremely good energy. Kathryn, Eunice and Amaya are literally the triple 3!!!! Def found a loyal client in me! 10/10 highly recommend ❤️
So far I am giving them a 2 star review based off my conversation with the lady on the phone. I understand you can’t call the actual office but when I was asking questions to the lady she had an attitude and was just reading a script like a robot. It was also really hard to understand what she was saying at first. I had already purchased a Groupon package as a first time customer, so my experience so far hasn’t been pleasant.
