So excited there is a location in SATX. If you know anything about SEV, you know their aesthetic alone is beautiful. The Front receptionist Hailie is so very kind, helpful and professional. The staff is very kind and easy to work with. I enjoyed my first visit here. I am ready to go back! I would recommend this place to anyone. Very clean, very organized, and a very well kept place. So happy I chose SEV.
I love SEV laser staff and Laser technicians are great! I am upset and feel kinda blind sided with the price change. I wish they would have made people aware of change of price. I used to pay $90 for full face and neck, but the price went up to $140. To be frank, SEV did the same procedure as the last 8 sessions. Products didn’t change nor did the service it self. I always have a great experience at SEV. Everyone is super knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the process and what to expect. They do a great job at making you feel comfortable. The results are amazing.
The laser tech was amazing and very informative. Would’ve been 5 stars, but unfortunately the front desk provided wrong pricing and charged way more than they should’ve. Front desk gave me a hard time about it even after sharing a screenshot of the promised pricing. Don’t promise your new customers promotions if you’re not going to honor it.
