This place is not luxury. The trash smells on the first floor, there is cigarette butts in the stairwell between the seventh and eighth floor. The building lacks true amenities and is overpriced for leasing anything or even purchasing if you’re looking for college dorm type living This might be the place for you. On the weekends trash smells, the elevators are dirty. There’s gnats in the building especially on the first floor units

If I could leave a 0 star review I genuinely would. I have never seen such poor staffing, and management at ANY level, but especially for what they deem to be “luxury living”. Cars being vandalized or stolen out of the “secure lot”, trash chutes always broken or not working, little to no communication from office management when major issues happen through out the building. If I could give the place a negative star and shout out loud DONT MOVE HERE a million times I would! Encore management needs to be reported to the DOJ and included on the civil rental lawsuit that is taking place against Greystar , real page , and the others . This place is about 4-7000 a month and it is absolutely NOT luxury . We moved in about a year ago and absolutely love the location, building, and staff. There were some new building hurdles to get past in the beginning as with any new building. Those have long been solved. The entire staff is super friendly and helpful. The concierge staff always works to help with issues and questions. The building and parking garage are very secure which is what we wanted. Absolutely love my condo and my view. Building is very attractive and inventive West Midtown continues to grow and become even more of a destination. Solid 788 support team including concierges and great neighbors top it off for me. I was looking for a fresh new look and experience in ATL, and I found it!
