Josh was great! He found the issue with our A/C quickly on his 1st visit. Once the parts came in, he was back and had us up and running with cold air again in just a couple of hours. He didn't try to sell us on anything more expensive or try to get us to replace the whole system; just fixed exactly what needed to be fixed. He was very friendly/personable on top of the quick work. We will definitely use them again, if needed, in the future.
Sevier was assigned by our home warranty company to repair our HVAC unit, as it stopped blowing cold air. They promptly called me to schedule an appointment and came out the same day. Service provider was very friendly and helpful; he fully explained what was going on and the repairs needed.
Josh did an excellent job. My AC does not blow cold air for weeks and it was fix in just in three days. Visited one day to troubleshoot, came back in two days with motor part to replace. AC very cold now.
Russell and his team are top notch. Can't ask for a better HVAC service company. Their communication is always above and beyond other service companies, which is key for homeowners like myself. Always my first call for AC service and repairs!
