This company is wonderful. They put in our business A/C unit a few years ago when our old one died. They were quick and efficient, got to us very quickly and was very reasonably priced. This week, our A/C stopped working on us. I called and a technician was sent the next day. He got to us within the first hour of the window we were given and fixed it in 20 minutes. I am very pleased with Sevier Climate Control. They were very prompt in setting up my appointment and then kept me posted on the status of their arrival. Josh, the technician who came to my home, was prompt, courteous, professional and most of all VERY knowledgeable. He completely diagnosed my air conditioner unit and solved our issue.
