Josh was great! He found the issue with our A/C quickly on his 1st visit. Once the parts came in, he was back and had us up and running with cold air again in just a couple of hours. He didn't try to sell us on anything more expensive or try to get us to replace the whole system; just fixed exactly what needed to be fixed. He was very friendly/personable on top of the quick work. We will definitely use them again, if needed, in the future.

Sevier was assigned by our home warranty company to repair our HVAC unit, as it stopped blowing cold air. They promptly called me to schedule an appointment and came out the same day. Service provider was very friendly and helpful; he fully explained what was going on and the repairs needed.

American Home Shield chose this company for us. Technician Matt was very kind and helpful. Secretary who answers the calls was rude and unhelpful, would not follow up with AHS even though that’s what was needed.

Josh is an outstanding HVAC systems technician - extremely knowledgeable and solution-oriented. I really appreciate his simple explanation in layman terms what the issue is and the solutions available. As long as Josh is at Sevier, they are our HVAC firm of choice!
