Wow... I am truly astonished. I thank God to have encountered people who are diligent to get the job done well and quickly. This company was assigned to us after we made a request through our home warranty program. He thoroughly researched the issue, made multiple calls to the manufacturer, and coordinated closely with his leadership to find the right solution. Thanks to his persistence and expertise, we’re fully operational again. I’m very pleased with the outcome and truly appreciate his dedication and follow-through.
Can't really speak on price as the service was through my warranty. I was contacted quickly and my questions answered. The tech was on time and came early in the time block I was given. He was quick and repaired 2 toilets from my previous tenants. Both are working great. I also received a courtesy call to check how everything was working before the service was marked as completed. We had a good experience with Sewer Medic through American Home Shield. We were contacted quickly and they had the tech to our house promptly. Josh was helpful, always on time and replaced our leaking water heater quickly, and efficiently. The ladies at the office were helpful and friendly. 5/5!
