Wow... I am truly astonished. I thank God to have encountered people who are diligent to get the job done well and quickly. This company was assigned to us after we made a request through our home warranty program. We had been living in our new house (new to us) for about two weeks maybe when the suddenly plumbing backed up. We had a different company come to address the issue. Prompt and efficient service. We learned that our water heater tank (more than 10yrs old) needed replacement. Our tech assisted us in the requisition process. He stayed with us until approval. When it seemed apparent that the reply to our email request with American Home Shield was taking long, our tech called them directly and got us the go signal. Two days later our new tank was installed and we have our hot water back. A very professional and efficient company to work with. Highly recommended!

I had a water heater go out. Sewer Medic sent Jerry out...he was fantastic. Everything was processed with American Home Shield, no issues, Jerry was prompt, friendly and worked his tail off to restore both of our old hot water heaters. Fantastic service.
Sewer Medic is usually the company sent by my home warranty company. They've done great work, (water heater install, garbage disposal install, etc) so I decided to hire them on my own to have additional work completed. Everyone I encountered has been professional, from the office staff to the technicians. They had someone out within 24 hours to diagnose the problem. The estimate was reasonable.
