Nice, small, local gym that is clean and has attentive and knowledgeable trainers. Robert is my trainer. He is patient, attentive, and creates a workout tailored to my goals. And he has a good sense of humor! There are mixed ages and stages of people - those who are long time gym people and those just starting out. Definitely recommend SFX Gym👍
Julian is the best! I'm looking to get back into better shape & fitness, and he has me well on the way!
I found SFX about 2.5 years ago after trying several different gyms in Roswell and I am so happy I did. The classes are great and the trainers are very experienced and attentive. Would highly recommend!
I cannot say enough great things about Julian and SFX Fitness! From the moment I started training with them, they have gone above and beyond to help me achieve my fitness goals. Their expertise, attention to detail, and genuine passion for helping others shine through in every session.
Joined this gym a few months ago. Everyone is welcoming, classes are challenging and it’s very clean. Rick, the owner, recently lead one of our group classes and was impactful to learn techniques from him. Highly recommend SFX and all the trainers!
