5 star facility and service! This place rocks: clean, tidy with all the equipment you need to get really fit! The owner, Rick, runs a good show here!. The star is Andrew, a trainer who is a great listener and knows how to navigate your workouts no matter your level or circumstance. His stretching sessions are the best. I feel like my mobility is improving; I feel less chronic pain, I recover better from workouts and I even sleep better. I started at SFX about four weeks ago, and it’s been a fantastic experience so far. The facility has top-tier equipment, but what really sets it apart is the atmosphere. It has a great "personal gym" vibe, it’s never over-crowded, which makes it easy to get through a workout without waiting around. The staff is incredibly welcoming and professional. SFX FITNESS is the perfect gym for my son & me! Rick, the owner is incredibly welcoming and we appreciate his supportiveness, since we are able to attend the gym at 5am on weekdays, which is the best time for us! The size of the gym is just right! Thank you, 🙏 Rick and SFX!!!
Nice, small, local gym that is clean and has attentive and knowledgeable trainers. Robert is my trainer. He is patient, attentive, and creates a workout tailored to my goals. And he has a good sense of humor! There are mixed ages and stages of people - those who are long time gym people and those just starting out. Definitely recommend SFX Gym👍
The best small gym!! Everyone is friendly and cares about you. Robert H is by far the most knowledgeable and profession Al trainer I’ve ever worked with.
