I cannot say enough great things about Julian and SFX Fitness! From the moment I started training with them, they have gone above and beyond to help me achieve my fitness goals. Their expertise, attention to detail, and genuine passion for helping others shine through in every session.
Joined this gym a few months ago. Everyone is welcoming, classes are challenging and it’s very clean. Rick, the owner, recently lead one of our group classes and was impactful to learn techniques from him. Highly recommend SFX and all the trainers!
The gym is clean and well appointed with everything you need including showers. Cedric is an awesome trainer, very attentive and focused on the functional exercises needed to build a strong body. 10/10!
EXCELLENT! The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, supportive and friendly; the exercise equipment is well maintained and there are plenty of free weights for whatever your needs are to achieve your personal fitness goals. Highly recommended!
I've always enjoyed training at SFX. Small personal gym with very nice people, great comprehensive equipment, and excellent personal trainers
