If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the frustration, disrespect, and unprofessionalism. After finding out that my funds had cleared from the insurance claim, they rushed me into a contract they would later use to threaten me after leaving out important verbal agreements. Thanks to Storm Guard and my neighbor for recommending them, I wouldn't have this beautiful roof. From the first inspection with Travis and him helping me file a claim with my insurance company to the AWESOME installers, which when finished picked up everything and left my property clean. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I want to say THANK YOU to all the awesome people I had the pleasure of working with: Travis, Dave Kridel, David Miller and Bryan Cooper. I inquired my neighbor what was that guy doing on top of his roof. He said it was a free inspection to see if there was any roof damage. Once the guy came down from the roof, I had him inspect my home which from the street you can easily see a few shingles that were blown away from a recent storm. There was certainly more damage that what I could see from the distance of the sidewalk. At first when they completed the new roof, We gave them a great review, but took it of, because they never came back and closed the Building Permit. Called them at least 6 times, no response! Sent them a registered letter, no response. My Insurance Company needed that permit to be closed, with receipts, pictures etc. I lost my Insurance Company and now we have to pay more money because we don't have a package deal with the new insurance Company. I wouldn't have a new roof except for this company. From the first inspection, all the way through filing the insurance claim to the most professional installation and followup process I have ever encountered. I could not be more impressed and pleased with their service. They saved me tens of thousands of dollars.
