I have rented my property out with SGI for about 9 years and would highly recommend them. My property manager, Amy Smith has been consistently efficient, professional and genuine, she never made me feel like just another anonymous landlord, that's a gift. The company has always been transparent, communication has always been timely and all around I have been extremely happy with their services.

Contractors, home owners, trades and techs BE AWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do not recommend doing business with Elliot Whyte at this company and as a manager at AIO Asset Consulting LTD. I worked with him as an HVAC contractor across multiple sites, and the experience was consistently high-risk due to poor coordination, scope expansion, design responsibility being pushed onto the contractor, and disputes being escalated through pressure tactics instead of proper documentation.
