They delivery the house dirty and in some bad details Now that we move out they are charging back for the same details we put on the checklist of move in The rep jesse did not read emails and do not care anything from the tenants, we delivery the house in better condition they give to us and anyway they are holding part of our deposit even we pay fir professional cleaning UPDATE After we have to fill up formats to appeal for the deposit they return the full amount because we was right. Charity has been such a breath of fresh air. Our last rental and the property management company were a nightmare to work with. In Arizona it’s heart breaking to pay thousands of dollars in rent per year- just to be bullied and neglected by people in control of your way of life and well being.
