I just spent two weeks at Shadow Hills for detox before moving to a sober living facility. Quite honestly I was a hot mess when I arrived. The staff could not have been any more compassionate and understanding. I found everyone working at Shadow Hills to be knowledgeable and experienced. I highly recommend this place for anyone in search of recovery!! The facility is clean and the staff are professional and very friendly! Misty my case manager was the best, she went above and beyond!! All the rest of the staff were great as well. Latoya, zach, derick, vanessa, amanda r, sarah, and JD all deserve to be thanked as well they all did so so much for me! My time at Shadow Hills was nothing short of amazing. This was my first time in treatment and the staff here made it feel like a home away from home. Zach, Latoya, Sarah, both Amanda’s, JD, and Derick made my experience all the better in my stay here. Most of all Misty my case manager helped me so much she was just fantastic at what she does and helped me so much. All in all I can’t recommend this facility more and am glad I got to come here.

Shadow hills was a pretty chill spot for recovery. Every place has its ups and downs because not every place like people are perfect. I would recommend it to friends and family if they were seeking treatment and wanted to get away, staff is cool and the outings are pretty fun.

I honestly didn’t know what to expect when I first came to Shadow Hills, but looking back now, I can say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From day one, the staff went above and beyond to make everyone feel safe, supported, and understood. They weren’t just doing a job— they genuinely cared.
