Truly pleased with the technician assigned to my service call on 11/21/2023. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and he explained the options in great detail and answered all my questions. One of the most professional and knowledgeable Service Technicians I have interacted with in recent memory. He did a thorough inspection of two heating systems and gave me his assessment in easy to understand language. Further, followed up with detailed pictures showing what he found, and corrective action suggested.I have dealt with Shafer Services and this is one of the best.
