Since Shaina became my PRIMARY I have had instant rhythm with her and her down to earth view of the world has my health on the upswing after about 10-11 years of poor health care and a declining health. By the summer I will be back at Reffing Basketball at 69 years of age. I love her and her more and office with X-ray and blood draw in the same place. Thanks u for Shaina!
Had my 1st establish care visit with her. Absolutely a great experience. She is very professional, pleasant and takes the time with patients, she answered all my questions, never felt rush, awesome APRN. Her MA is also very professional and pleasant. Highly recommend Shaina. 👍👍
I was very pleased with the care I received from Shaina. She addressed all of my concerns and treated them seriously. I have been without a PCP for a while, and I am very glad I established with her. She also cares for my brother and has helped him so much.
I was experiencing symptoms of a sore throat & headache. My primary care Np was not in the office. When I called they gave me an immediate appointment with the NP that was there. She addressed my concerns & tested me for Covid, Flu & Strep. All were negative so she said it was most likely viral. Everyone at the Wolcott office are wonderful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Absolutely love her and most importantly trust her. I feel llike she takes the time and doesn’t rush you…….very important. Also, has empathy which I have seen as a lost art with most doctors and nurses today. Thanks you Shana!!
