If I could give zero stars I would. First, I had to reschedule twice (once on my part). The second reschedule came about because the provider wouldn’t be in the office, okay cool no problem. Once I arrived at my appointment, I paid the copay and waited in the virtual waiting room for a few minutes before receiving a message from Shakaola stating that she would be late, once again no problem. I see a lot of reviews that lump the staff in with Ms. Pinero. My review is solely based off of my experience with her not the staff. I have been seeing her for almost 2 years now. I came at a really low point and I am certainly not in the same place I started. Ms. Pinero is real. She helps you understand the root of your problem. Pinero wasn’t bad but honestly this place does not care about you and their front staff are rude and should move into a different career. I tried to give Wellstar a chance again but honestly, they are not good at their job and will have you running everywhere or put you on hold for simple question because they do not all know their job. Will never be going to another well star “professional” again.
