This is a great RV Park. It is clean, quiet and the owners are amazing people.
My son lived here for two years while attending Texas Tech University. He loved his stay. The park is very well maintained and safe. My son truly enjoyed the quiet atmosphere away from campus and his neighbors were always respectful and friendly.
I think it’s a great RV park in West Texas my experience there was absolutely wonderful
Amazing RV Park with a lot of amenities. We were able to enjoy the playground with our kids and having the coin operated laundry onsite was a huge plus! Highly recommend this to any of my RV Friends!
When I first moved there in 2011, I really liked it there. I felt safe and it was quiet. When I got remarried my husband like it there too for the same reasons. Things didn't start going downhill till they started moving in more RV's that is when things there took a turn for the worse. While I was living there, I always paid my rent on time, I was quiet and didn't bother anyone. We made improvements to our house when they informed us, we needed to and got their approval for the outside color an all. The problems started... read more
Onsite manager was very rude and only interested in collecting our rent. Never around to answer questions. Place was not kept up at all. Poor experience.
