I have seen NP Jenny, Psychiatric NP Olivia, and Family NP Erika. All have been wonderful! My initial Primary Care visit with Jenny was 2 years in the making and there was a lot to do. However, she listened to and addressed all of my concerns and my care plan feels reasonable and achievable. My first visit with Dr. Ilyssa was a wonderful experience. The waiting area had a very comfortable and calming atmosphere. Dr. Ilyssa addressed all my concerns, ensured I understood everything, and answered all my questions thoroughly. While the office is lovely, a bit more color might enhance the ambiance; gray can feel somewhat somber.

Jenny Pak is the best I have ever had the pleasure of seeing in the entire medical field. She goes above and beyond every time I have an appointment and exceeds expectations in every aspect of care. I have never felt more validated and heard at any other practice than I do at shamrock medicine with Jenny. I truly had become slightly cynical after all of the other bad experiences in health care, but Jenny has sincerely turned that around completely. I would have loved to be able to experience Jenny Pak because I have heard many good things. Unfortunately, my appointment was cancelled because I took over 24 hours to complete my online paper work for an appointment that was over a week and a half away. After no less than 12 aggressive text messages and phone calls, also during the first full work week back from the holiday season. Maybe try and understand that patients have jobs and lives and are doing their best. One text is enough.

Not accommodating, like others dealt with excessive texts and forms just to have my appointment cancelled Edit to add that the response is exaggerated and untrue. For a mental health clinic you’d think kindness and understanding would be a given but instead I received threatening texts after leaving the office. This office also clearly does not care about patient privacy considering they are publicly posting about my visit.
