Past poor experiences with medical professionals has led me to be a worried patient. I go in with a good attitude but the vibe of most places is so off-putting, I can't imagine healing there. Shamrock is different, there's soft music and soft lighting. The office feels welcoming. I was immediately at ease. I could discuss all my issues, either there in person or email/use the portal. I felt heard and I feel like I have a good plan of attack now that I'm 50. Great doc in a world where that's hard to find.
I saw Jenny (NP) for an annual visit and she was wonderful. She was on time, friendly, and listened intently. At no point did the appointment feel rushed, which was great. The facilities are clean and have a calming atmosphere. I appreciated their follow-up about pending forms and clear cancellation policies when booking the appointment.
I have seen NP Jenny, Psychiatric NP Olivia, and Family NP Erika. All have been wonderful! My initial Primary Care visit with Jenny was 2 years in the making and there was a lot to do. However, she listened to and addressed all of my concerns and my care plan feels reasonable and achievable. With the ease of scheduling, the text line for real-time messaging, and the online portal, contacting a provider or getting a same-day sick day appointment is effortless. Great organization. Thorough yet concise and to the point so appointments aren't long. I've never had a wait time here, and Jenny Pak is truly a legend! No words to express my gratitude to her and her kind and approach to her medical practice. Cannot recommend this place and their practitioners more for those in the Philadelphia county.
I love Shamrock! They have a calm inviting waiting area and offer water or coffee, which makes the experience of going for a routine check up enjoyable! There is also little to no wait time and everybody I’ve experienced at the practice is very knowledgeable and listen to your needs/concerns.
