Kevin was amazing! He was meticulous in his exploration of the roof. He found hail hits, showed me what he was looking for, and then showed me the softness under the hits that didn’t seem so relevant until one could see the squishy. He explained about the thermal dynamic impact to hits. He Measured the grade of current shingle, so now I know. And then he explained in detail the process of an insurance claim. Shamrock in Denver sent Tyler to our house to repair our leaking roof where a prior contractor had failed to properly install our furnace vent. He did an outstanding job. He was polite, hardworking, and amazingly skilled in his craft. Impressive to watch. Communication with Eric in the front office was excellent. Will call them again when it is time for a new roof.
