I recently worked with Shane Day and his team to purchase my first home and would highly recommend them. Everyone was so helpful with answering my questions and communicated any changes with me right away. They were so on top of everything that we were able to close in less than 30 days without any problems that I was aware of. I felt so well taken care of and would definitely work with Shane again. Shane Day and his team (Mallory and Amanda were the ladies we had the pleasure of working with) are truly a gem in the lending industry. They bent over backwards to get my husband and I to closing day. His team came and rescued us from a horrible lending experience. Once upon a time, People's Bank put my family in a bad place. We were moving back from Oregon and our home loan fell through due to huge mistakes made by People's Bank. Mistakes which wouldn't have cost me inspection, among other fees. The loan fell through on a Friday. We were to close the next week.
