This was my first time buying a home and Shane and his team could not have been more helpful. Shane took the time to explain all of my questions no matter how silly I thought they were. Shane's team were very thorough and helped me each step of the loan process and made sure I was informed and happy. They did an outstanding job keeping me, the listing agent and the selling agent up to date on what was going on. He could not have made things go smoother. We love him and his team!
