I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Narayanan and the Ortho Cincy staff. Dr. Narayanan takes the time with his patients, to make sure they understand the available options, understand the procedures, and answers any questions and concerns. From his bedside manner the day of the procedure, to his follow up post surgery, he genuinely cares and strives for the best possible outcome. His staff on the doctor side are top notch. We waited about 45 minutes but it was worth it. Dr. N was kind, gentle and knowledgeable. He very carefully examined my 92 year old mother, using compassionate speech which kept her at ease even though the exam was painful. He made sure not to cause undue pain during the exam. I feel truly fortunate to have connected with Dr. Narayanan for my hip replacement. I was specifically looking for a surgeon who performs the anterior approach, and from our first consultation, he offered thoughtful guidance and clear expectations. Dr Narayanan is a great doctor. He fixed me sister's hips and a partial knee replacement. Her recoveries have been amazing. I got a cortisone shot in my knee and that night I felt the best in over 3 months since I slipped. Very caring and listens.
I really appreciated the kindness of all staff and understanding. I realize that alot of surgeries are performed ,though for some of us patients it's new and somewhat stressful. I very much appreciated kindness and explanations from Dr.Narayanan, makes it less stressful for both my husband and myself.Veryvmuch appreciated the cheerful attitude of the scheduler.
