He is very kind and compassionate, dedicated doctor. Very knowledgeable and highly skilled in colorectal surgery. Everything went well, so grateful to have had Dr. Raman as my husband's surgeon.

I have been working with Dr Ramen for 6-8 months. He is amazing. I had to have J-pouch surgery, I had some issues leading up to the surgery (not anything related to Dr Ramem). He is so thorough and explained the process and what to expect with this 2 part surgery. He is the only doctor local that I am aware that preforms laparoscopic which made a Huge difference in my recovery (1st surgery). 2nd surgery was smooth. I am so grateful to him, his nurse and staff for where I am today.

Dr Raman did colo-rectal surgery on me in 2014 and was given a ileostomy and 6 months later had that reversed. I now regret that reversal 9 years later. He was a caring wonderful doctor.

I had a minor surgery done by Dr. Raman and I was scared and felt embarrassment due to the issue they would fix. Dr. Raman and his nurse, Liberty, were fantastic. Dr. Raman has the best bedside manner and is a very nice person. He took the time to answer my questions, asked me about my fears and helped quell them and during the procedure explained what he was doing while he and Liberty assisted me in remaining calm. Wonderful Doctor and staff! I recommend to write down your questions regarding recovery procedures-there are a... read more

I went to Dr. Raman for a second opinion and stayed with him. He was 100% the doctor for me and my family! Not only is he an excellent doctor but the way he explained things to me and my family and the way he cared about my quality of life was above and beyond what I expected from a doctor. Even the way he interacted with his staff impressed me. He is a kind man with a good heart and he took care of me in my time of need!

The only doctor to finally diagnose my Crohn's disease after years of pain and problems and doctors. Am beyond thankful and grateful.

Dr. Raman is an excellent surgeon and doctor. He was very thorough in the explanations of my diagnosis and the treatment options and he allowed more than enough time for my family and me to ask questions. His bedside manner is awesome and his patience is abundant. I always felt comfortable bringing up dumb questions knowing he'd answer them in a way that was clear and appropriate to my level of understanding. I want him on my surgical team if I have to go back in for more.

I’m not sure I could ever recommend this doctor. I thought I knew him.But after my experience yesterday , I nor my brother will ever return. He was angry that I asked how much longer my appointment would be? In return his Diagnosis was extreme because I had had the same problem before and was never given that . Scary, that’s how a doctor gets his revenge! Sorry that inconvenienced you! We have family member in ICCU that will die, that was why I was concerned about TIME .
