Shannon did an outstanding helping us with our home refinance. The lockdown directives from the government and businesses made the process much more difficult and lengthy than it should have been but Shannon was very easy to contact to answer any questions we had to keep the process moving along. We would strongly recommend her to anyone looking to finance or refinance.

I don't often sit down a write reviews as much as I should, but I wanted to make sure that Shannon was recognized for her incredible knowledge and customer service. As a first time home buyer it can be very overwhelming and emotional. Shannon is personable and empathetic which was much needed in a very stressful period. Shannon is amazing!! Her knowledge on the process and the changing APRs is top notch. She made the process stress-less and was always able to make the process easy. I cant say enough about her professionalism and how she makes you feel like Family. I still think she was more excited about our home purchase than we were.

Shannon was great to work with. Always pleasant to talk with and knowledgeable as to what was needed to be submitted. Responded to our questions in a timely manner. The only hang up was in the underwriting department. There was a backlog of applications and had to wait to get the loan approved. This was not Shannon’s fault. I

Shannon was wonderful to work with. Being that we were doing two refinances at the same time as Covid was hitting. And with the economy at that time and the banks making daily adjustments, she had to jump through a lot of hoops to make it happen for us. It definitely took longer than I had hoped, but under the circumstances it was to be expected. But even though it took longer, her communication was great through the process. thank you Shannon Demont
