I have been using Lifestance for about a year and a half now and can say it’s something I would recommend. It took some time to find providers that would work with my availability, but now I have a set schedule with both my therapist and NP which eases the stress of trying to book. Both are very kind and attentive, and help me feel seen. Much appreciated!
