There is no review to leave because I never saw the M.D. The emergency room was wall to wall patients and I left after the 3rd hour. I received my test results (triaged labs) in MyChart WHILE waiting in the waiting area on the 3rd hour of being sent back to waiting area after being triaged. I requested to speak to a charge nurse to find out why there was an after visit summary in my chart and I had never met with the doctor.. She told me I had to wait at least 3 more hours to be seen. I went in with my BP super high they did my vitals and drew blood then sent me back into the waiting room.i was there since 540pm I believe decided to leave at 730pm went home made dinner and then I get a call at 840 pm that they have a bed for me and to go back.i asked if it was necessary they said yes your BP was really high ,doesn't make any sense why wasn't I seen sooner I got my insurance billed in less than 10 minutes though just for me to be in the waiting room and not be seen. Dr Lovett is an excellent Er Doctor. She was efficient, smart, compassionate and quickly figured out how to stop my migraines. Even more notable was her ability to help me realize why I was experiencing pain. I will always be grated to Dr. Lovett. Thank you seems like such a small gesture, but all I can say is thank you.
Dr Lovett is a very pleasant physician, communicates respectfully and actually listens to you. She also promptly worked on getting me follow appointments. Thanks Dr Lovett.
It Was An Absolute Nightmare. Sitting In The Emergency Room Sat For 2 1/2 Hour's. With No Word In Sight. Asking Questions? Everbody Played Dumb To The Fact.
