Today I met with Shannon and had a wonderful conversation and visit with her. I finally felt "heard". Shannon is thoughtful, compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and caring. I am thrilled to be her patient and look forward to meeting with her as I progress through my journey. Had my annual physical with Shannon and found the appointment with her was above and beyond! She took time to review all my blood work, and answered all my concerns along following through with more blood work on the areas of concern. She was very personable and easy to talk with, made me feel comfortable with our conversation. Dr. Gauthier is fortunate to have her as her APNP, as I was very pleased with her.
