We collaborate on ideas of food choices , exercise etc. She’s energetic and bubbly and excited to help and guide patients with their individual needs and plan of care. I keep on track checking in and seeing her in the Office to go over my progress and also to stay accountable for my journey of being a better me and feeling spectacular about myself. Thank you for your support 😊
