Rather surprised. Been using the service for several weeks and very satisfied, HOWEVER they apparently had problems and switched menus and cooks etc…. This week they sent not one replacement item but totally and completely different food items. When I called to see what the problem was I was told they are making lots of changes. THIS COMPANY CLOSED ITS DOORS AFTER 40 YEARS! AMAZING! Today August 19, 2024 I was expecting to receive my food from Fresh Lovers like 3 years ago, without missing a single day, but the food was not arriving, so I called the delivery girl who is a friend of mine and she told me that on Friday August 16 they were told that Fresh Lovers was closing its doors and that they were all fired, EVERYONE! the cooks the chefs, the management, the delivery drivers, EVERYONE. Highly recommend. Healthy, clean, & Tasty. Portion controlled Yet enough to satisfy. With todays economy I find their meals are cost effective. I order the full meal for lunch and pay $80, this is a 4 course meal. The price includes delivery, 5 days a week, you cant get better than that! Customer service has been excellent. Very responsive, professional and helpful. This is why I give them 5 stars

We have been using Shape Lovers for our meals for several years now. We pick and choose what we like from their menu for each day. I especially like their Vaca Frita and their Bistro menu too! Delivery has been very efficient throughout the years. Their customer service has been very professional and friendly too. I would highly recommend Shape Lovers for anyone looking for a healthy good tasting meals!

The worst customer service ever! they kept charging after we cancelled. I ordered this meal service for my elderly mother a few months ago. When I cancelled the weekly service a few weeks ago, they promised to refund the last 2 days of the week. Instead, they charged my elderly mother's credit card 2 more weeks, and continued to send the food that she hated. I only realized it when I found 35+ containers inside her refrigerator.
