THIS COMPANY CLOSED ITS DOORS AFTER 40 YEARS! AMAZING! Shape Lovers company closed down without prior notice to customers. My order and payment were accepted, and yet, company never delivered the meal. After so many attempts of calling the company and no answer from them, I called the delivery person and found out Shape Lovers was no longer in business. Now I have to dispute payment for services not rendered. Shape Lovers has demonstrated a very unethical way of conducting business.

Highly recommend. Healthy, clean, & Tasty. Portion controlled Yet enough to satisfy. With todays economy I find their meals are cost effective. I order the full meal for lunch and pay $80, this is a 4 course meal. The price includes delivery, 5 days a week, you cant get better than that! Customer service has been excellent. Very responsive, professional and helpful. This is why I give them 5 stars

Rather surprised. Been using the service for several weeks and very satisfied, HOWEVER they apparently had problems and switched menus and cooks etc…. This week they sent not one replacement item but totally and completely different food items. When I called to see what the problem was I was told they are making lots of changes. That the website says they can make the changes. That I ought to have received an email after the order was placed informing there were changes. 0 stars for this place. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. The food is terrible, and the customer service is atrocious. They sell their food through an Instagram page and operate on a subscription basis. Each meal gets progressively worse, and when I tried to cancel by phone, they assured me it was canceled. Yet, they still charged me for another week. When I called to dispute it, they left me on hold and then abruptly hung up. I had to involve my bank to restrict them and report it as fraud.
