The place is welcoming. Owner and stylists are friendly. This is the second time I took my son. Nydia is very good and patient with him. She's respectful and friendly. She does not overstep here boundaries and asked me if she could give my son a lollipop after his haircut. With that being said she does do a good job cutting hair. I am sure that the other stylists are just a good. But since she's the first one to cut his hair I prefer to stick with her.
We took our 13 month old for his first haircut, we were a bit nervous but he did so great with the stylist Miss Jackie. She was phenomenal, patient & kind, and her calm happy demeanor really helped my son feel comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was also very kind, we got a first haircut certificate, lock of hair & a photo. Overall we were very happy with the experience & result! We will be back!
Nydia was very sweet and patient for my little girls first haircut! She did a beautiful job, and all the staff was very friendly and welcoming. My daughter can’t wait to come back again! 🙂
Disappointed with the service and this salon in general. I called to book a haircut for my son who has very thick curly hair and before doing so I asked if they had a stylist that was very comfortable with this type of hair because I know not everyone will have the knowledge or patience. I was assured they had 2 stylist that could handle it and we booked the appointment. The first disappointment was that they did not wash my son’s hair before cutting it. Nydia does such a fantastic job with young children, even the ones that fight it! The best thing is the haircut turns out great too which with our little guy can be a challenge! We did come here once before and another stylist cut his hair and it wasn't so great but Nydia does an amazing job and we highly recommend her.
