Sharlene has been my mental health nurse practitioner since Sept. 2021. She is nice and easy to talk to. Three months ago, I started having a mental health crisis due to a life event. She took very good care of me and made sure all my needs were addressed. Her compassionate approach and professional expertise made me feel genuinely supported and understood. She is good if you want to take a bunch of meds. In my situation I felt that she pushed the meds for ADD and no other alternative. I did not get results from seeing her. She was not very interested in the overall of me as patient. I had side effects and the answer was that it was not common like if I was making them up, but if you known what meds you want she is great.
