We needed a vehicle after I was in an accident about 40 days prior that totaled our vehicle. I being in sales knew I’d prefer to purchase from a smaller town than a large one, looking for good help and service. We got that when we inquired on a used traverse, Casey Brooks did all of that. The car industry has changed a lot but I would buy another vehicle from Casey no doubt about it. Everything went great and we got a nice used vehicle that we could trust getting us back home with no issues.
I had left a review earlier that was negative. I redacted it. But now here we are a week later after getting my vehicle back. On my paperwork I had asked for codes to diagnosed. When I call them back because the exact same one are coming up. They tell me they didnt do that because I didnt ask. Well its on the receipt I asked. It took 4 weeks to get simple work done. 4300 dollars and a week later all the same codes are popping up and the exact same problems are coming up again. We had been searching for a larger family vehicle and were thrilled with our experience. Christina was absolutely fantastic to work with—professional, responsive, and made the entire process incredibly smooth from start to finish. Even though we lived several hours away, they arranged delivery right to our door. The driver, Denny, was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. Truly a great experience all around!
Use a calculator when doing deals dont let them screw you. Somehow a deal went weird when there was number built into the price but not shown on the deal sheet. weird shady dealer. Couldn't show all the numbers on the deal. A 4 square type dealer. Look here shiny sign on the line no need to do math on this what do you mean its already built in. Really then show it on the deal. Sketchy very sketchy.
I worked with Stephen Budahl in the service department at Sharp Automotive & he’s an excellent customer service representative. I had an issue with my wheel on my car & he took care of it immediately. He has great communication skills, listens to the customer & resolved my issue perfectly.
