I highly recommend google searching “Top manipulative tricks car dealerships use” and “Tips to protect yourself from car sales tactics”, before you go here to buy a car so you aren’t swindled out of your money. Read a handful of different websites to prepare yourself. Terms to look for; Badgering, Longer loan terms, Four-square Tactic, Turnover, etc. The list goes on, they’ll use them all.
The thing that keeps me from going to this place to talk about a car is their prices. They are over priced. They have a 2025 Toyota 4Runner SR5 for almost 47k when the SR5 is 40k brand new. Makes me think all their prices are too high.
Just moved to the big city of Watertown. Called for a service appointment. Asked for an oil change and a tire rotation. Was told that rotation was not included for free w oil change. Although other reviews stated it was. Very good, I will just have my tires rotated then. Cost $20.99. Just purchased a Corolla Cross Hybrid from Casey and he was awesome to work with. We ended up having car troubles on the way to pick up and he sent drivers to deliver the vehicle and paperwork to us. Casey jumped through all the hoops to help me out and I am so appreciative!
