Shantel is very thorough and a person who ACTUALLY cares about people. Of my 35 years of dealing with mental illness, I have finally found a mental health provider that is the absolute best. She has changed my life in so many good ways. It's really nice to actually feel better finally! I can feel the passion she has for her job and wanting to help people. She follows through with what she says and gives it to you straight. She knows her stuff! I have alot of trust and confidence in her.
The entire office staff including my provider Shauntel is amazing. They make you feel super comfortable. Shauntel explains things thoroughly and in ways that make it easy to understand. For the first time in a long time I am hopeful about my mental health treatment

It was my first time seeing Shauntel today. I LOVE LOVE her! She had so much info for me, really knows her stuff! She made me feel like I'm on the right track to improvement in myself and getting the care I need. She seems like she genuinely cares.
The support staff, Jennifer the RN and Shauntel the FNP have been very supportive and kind through every visit. Shauntel is very knowledgeable about interactions and actions of drugs and is excellent in explaining the mechanism of action and time frame. She is very empathetic and nonjudgmental. I feel she really cares about me.
