Sam was great! He helped diagnose the issue with our AC unit quickly, and explained everything to us in an easy to understand manner. He went the extra step to perform our yearly maintenance while he was here, and helped coordinate getting us a quote for a new system.
We chose them based on great reviews. They did not disappoint. Jonathan was a great tech and explained everything he did in a clear way. Prices were very reasonable. I hope to use them for all HVAC needs moving forward.
Needed an emergency AC repair while I was out of town during a heat wave. Communication was good, service was good. Happily didn’t have to come home to a 100-degree house. Nelson did a great job walking through options over the phone and taking care of the issue.
We'll never call anyone else for HVAC help. After our AC went out, we got quotes (and no diagnoses) from competing companies ranging from $8K-$12K to replace our condenser. The real issue was a chewed wire under the house. Shavitz recommended an electrician and reattached our condenser (which was working fine!) for under $500. These guys are honest and reliable. We couldn't be more thankful!
