Dr. Shawn Koser is a great provider, and I’ve always appreciated his care. However, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing due to the front desk staff. I had a 3:45 PM appointment to be tested for strep, COVID, and the flu because I was feeling severely ill. I knew I might be a few minutes late and made sure to notify the office ahead of time. Shawn is one of the best at his job. He has helped me tremendously in my health journey, especially when determining what’s best for me and my family. He is patient, understanding and doesn’t guide me down a path I’m not comfortable with. I would recommend Shawn to anyone looking for a quality NP.
I had the most amazing and thorough exam with Shawn Koser, NP. He was extremely kind and thoughtful when it came to me asking all of the questions I could possibly think of. Shawn was patient and knowledgeable, and did not make me feel uncomfortable when discussing my concerns. I will request to be seen by Shawn in the future.
