I have been very disappointed with Shanya. I have had a 6 month lease on a unit in Collins avenue paying $4,700 per month in rent. I was offered to vacate the unit a bit earlier than my lease end date and I would receive back pro rata rent for this period. Once I handed the keys back over, I wasn’t paid any deposit back nor the pro rata rent owed to me for the period I already paid for but vacated early.
