Shay's does a really great job respecting the thought process behind choosing flooring which can be overwhelming at times. Bobby did a great job listening to the overall vibe I was going for and pulled some great samples to take home and check out. Nothing but good things to say about my experience from start to finish.

We had Shay Carpet remove all old carpet and replace it with new on our entire second floor. Everything went so smoothly and the two installers were so awesome, friendly, considerate and helped put everything back. I was so happy with the outcome. Great job Shay’s!!!!!

Every time I hear Joe's voice on the radio it makes me angry! It is just a reminder of how unethical and untrustworthy this man is. I paid a lot of money for a sub-par job and Joe was unwilling to stand behind his work. My floors have never been right and to this day, when I walk over certain spots, it conjures up the same anger as his voice on the radio does! You might get lucky and have a good experience with Shay's ... I mean, everyone gets lucky...but if you don't have a good experience, don't expect them to do anythin... read more

We had some LVP installed in a room, which included a step. The install guys were professional and did a great job. We love the look of the new floor! Bobby at the store was also great, very helpful with finding options that we would like. Thanks, Shay's!

Had our master bedroom and office flooring re-done. The team sent out to do the work were courteous, professional, and nice to work with. Joe, the owner, stands by his product and make sure his customers are taken care of. No detail was missed. Would highly recommend for your flooring needs.
