Sheboygan Flooring was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. I stopped in, and within a day or two, they had the carpet installed—fitting me in right away due to a cancellation. They offered me a few different options and were flexible with letting me handle parts of the job myself, like pulling up the carpet. We had two stairways and an upper hall re-carpeted. Everything was very professionally done from the initial estimate to the install. The team, from sales to installers, was friendly and worked efficiently! We love the new look and the only regret is that we waited about 5 years too long to make this upgrade!!

I am convinced these workers do not know flooring. I had questions in store that (i believe the owner) Mike knew nothing about concerning humps in my concrete floor. He apparently talked to one of his installers who said "it should be fine". What if it isn't?! I went with another local store that gave me some confidence. My advice is to go with someone who knows a little more than just slapping down a floor.

Don't bother with Sheboygan Flooring I guess they don't need any new customers. I had an appointment for in home estimate. They didn't show or call that the appointment was running late. Just wasted half my day with no results.
