Patricia Aguiran was absolutely wonderful in helping me set up a storage unit. Obviously doing things online or over the phone can be stressful but she made things very easy to understand. Very thorough in explaining everything I needed to know and prices were super reasonable!
If you call in for help they promise a statement credit in exchange for a positive review, however they don't actually provide the credit. It leads one to question what other corners are they willing to cut?
Excellent customer services from Erickson Macaspac today 2/12/25. I also called on Monday 2/10/25 and spoke with another customer representative and she was very helpful as well.
Rose was a huge help! We were struggling on how to get into the building and also to figure out which unit was what size. When we got disconnected she called us back as well! Thankful she was able to guide us.
Customer service was amazing . Ryan made it easier for me and everything was smooth. Highly recommend.
