High praise to Brian (owner) and Jake (installer). They both ensured we were totally satisfied with every part of the process of getting LVP flooring installed in our entire place. It has been 2 years since the install and the flooring is as good as new. 1 minor trim piece recently cracked (a product failure), in a high traffic place, and Brian and Jake handled the under warranty repair in the most stress free manner. Brian even personally followed up to ensure we were satisfied with the repair. Do not hesitate to work with ... read more
We recently purchased wood flooring from Kitchen & Floor Decor, and had a poor experience that was rectified. The Mohawk TecWood Vintage View floor has not proven to be as durable as we’d hoped and the staff person that initially helped us didn't know what she was doing with measuring the kitchen or helping us find the best product for durability in a kitchen. It took months, but we heard back from the store that they would like to address the situation and they replaced the floor with a better flooring and were quite quick... read more
Wow so much to share! Brian and his team are awesome! We had an entire floor of our home refinished with laminate plank flooring and it was done in just two days. The contractors who did the install did an excellent job. Great communication. We also had them tile around our new fireplace and Alan did an incredible job. Meticulous! Both the installations and the communication was 5 starts! They do it all! Thanks Brian and team!
So many options to choose from and they are so nice and helpful with suggestions too! I only went there for LVP and then decided to check out carpet too for another area in the house. I plan to go back if/when I'm ready to update my kitchen, I noticed so many nice looking ideas and options I would definitely recommend if you're looking to update your home or if you're building new.
We had them replace our kitchen countertop from Formica to Quartz and our vinyl flooring with tile. They did a fantastic job during the whole project and the kitchen looks great. Very impressed with the coordination with all people involved. Highly recommend them.
