I really enjoy working with my therapist, Shelby. She is thoughtful considerate and has a genuine care and concern for my issues. Her professionalism and sincerity mean a lot to me and I appreciate her knowledge in the field.
Shelby takes time to listen and respond with helpful input. I deal with C-PTSD and HSP/SPS, she's been great in providing useful coping skills.
Shelby listens to me and then guides me to helping me to deal with some of the issues I am going through. She is really compassionate and understanding.
