The entire staff at Shelby's Crest and landing are exceptional. They consistently strive to provide a fun and safe environment within our complex. Since their arrival, the complex has undergone a tremendous transformation in terms of cleanliness. They organize various activities and host parties and games for children and families.
I love my home!!! That's what it is! Anywhere you are can be home, but it really helps when your neighbors and office help make that happen as well! I have never had any problems with the office staff! They have always done everything they can to help when I have problems and they have even went the extra mile to help me! The crew at Shelby crest are vary nice and understanding people I recommend them definitely. The maintenance always does a amazing job.. there all vary friendly..
I really liked leaving here. Rent has increased three times this year (twice in four days) they want to charge me 650 for my one bedroom box. My vacate notice will be going in soon. Good luck to all of you trying to pay this.
Do not move here unless you want a mice and spider infestation. Called and spoke numerous times to the manager who claims its "normal" because everyone else in my building deals with them too. An ENTIRE BUILDING filled with mice. And they are okay with leaving it like that.
