One of the best dental experiences ever ! Dr Sheldon and his dental assistant Joy were patient , knowledgeable and took a long time helping me today. Dental visits have always been unpleasant for me since I have a narrow mouth. . I had no discomfort at all with X-rays today. I went to Solid Bite for a second opinion, and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Lee Sheldon took the time to thoroughly review my case and explain everything clearly. He confirmed that the treatment plan I had been given elsewhere was unnecessary—saving me almost $1000! Dr. Sheldon was professional, kind, honest, and truly had my best interest in mind. Wish we went to Dr. Sheldon’s office sooner! They made us feel so comfortable which is huge for people who have dental anxiety . They took their time with us, explaining everything, being very thorough and actually listening to us!! Just an amazing experience
Dr. Furtado and the entire team were incredibly attentive. They listened to all of out concerns, explained each part of the procedure in clear, patient-friendly language, and checked in throughout to make sure I comfortable. From the moment that I walked in I was greeted very kindheartedly!! I actually went to the old facility first, not knowing that you'll had moved. I called and spoke with Amy. Amy was very polite and gave me good directions. Then I met Lindsay. Lindsay is compassionate. And of course there is Joy! Joy and I Brent and Brothers and Sisters in Christ.
