I can't even give them any stars since they never finished fixing my issue. When I called to explain that my a/c wasn't going to the desired temperature the owner's son Jason decided to bad mouth me and call me names on speaker phone and I heard it all!!!! Then the owner Dave himself had the nerve to call me and tell me I was being rude to the secretary!!! Needless to say they will never step one foot in my house again! I payed them to do a job that was not fix, after leaving my house I a had another issue with my air conditioner. David Shelby then told me that the problem was caused by me. I was suppose to recieve a refund on the job over a month ago an have yet to recieve it. My home warranty covered the service and paid him and I also paid him out of pocket.
