Hard not to enjoy the apartment location and staff. Laura was always awesome, responsive and diligent. Lorraine, fun to speak with. We had some typical old apartment issues and each time they put in a work order the work was completed within a few weeks while the immediate issues were handled right away. You cant beat the price at the same location. It is close to everything and the complex is very pet friendly (free doggy bags), and very family friendly. (A nice olayground, and 2 basketball courts). It is also quiet.
Communication with the management here is only one side, they say what they wanted to say but they never listen to our requests, i sent them multiple emails, i called them multiple times to schedule a apartment tour for us but they never responded to us. We do not want to lease a property that has such management staff who are always ignoring tenants requests and not even responding to them. Wife has been fighting a fraudulent Collections attempt for 2 years since moving out. The claims are for unpaid rent and damages but a walk through was done with management prior to moving out. No notice or phone calls were ever received regarding these charges. only found out a year after moving because it showed up on credit report.
