Just moved-in today and the people that works here made it super easy for me moving in. Miss Fatmata and Miss Candice explained everything in great detail what I needed to know prior accepting the keys to my unit. They made it simple, easy and fast. Director Danny, Mr Andre and the whole maintenance crew took care of all the works making the unit good, safe and secure to live in. Thank you all at Shenandoah Square. I appreciate all that you do.
Very fast and thorough process in ensuring I was squared away and comfortable with my new apartment , I want to give a special thanks to Mauricio for getting me settled in !!
Hard not to enjoy the apartment location and staff. Laura was always awesome, responsive and diligent. Lorraine, fun to speak with. We had some typical old apartment issues and each time they put in a work order the work was completed within a few weeks while the immediate issues were handled right away. You cant beat the price at the same location. It is close to everything and the complex is very pet friendly (free doggy bags), and very family friendly. (A nice olayground, and 2 basketball courts). It is also quiet.
We have been living here for 5 years now. The first thing we liked about this place was its location. It is centrally located, close to downtown Mountainview and the Caltrain station. A major downside used to be the management and the maintenance. But now, they have a new and improved management team with Julio Anaya as the manager. Julio has been amazing in his response to our maintenance requests. He makes sure that the requests of the tenants are heard and strives to get the tasks completed promptly. Communication with the management here is only one side, they say what they wanted to say but they never listen to our requests, i sent them multiple emails, i called them multiple times to schedule a apartment tour for us but they never responded to us. We do not want to lease a property that has such management staff who are always ignoring tenants requests and not even responding to them.
