Ken Sheppard Jr. was extremely helpful and informative despite my case not being something he handles. He was timely to our meeting, professional, and honest - all of which I could not appreciate more. Additionally, taking time to answer my questions despite establishing that he could not take on my case shows he cares about helping people and not just turning a profit. Because of this I will consider this firm for cases/needs in the future that are more within their scope!
