Had a consultation with the “executive assistant”/intake specialist that was more focused on intake flow than providing any accurate information or analysis. She took 2m to fill out a piece of paper and said we make too much for 7, have to go with 13. Never once did she mention the full means test. In fact, she gave misleading and inaccurate information, spoke with authority and finality, spoke for the attorney and trustee, and asked inappropriate loaded questions that carried implicit accusations. I spoke briefly with staff about some concerns. Staff was able to speak with the attorney and respond to my questions promptly. Staff was courteous and pleasant to speak with.

We had an appointment talk to Mr Shepherd Senior about filing bankruptcy he barely gave us the time of day and then wanted to charge me $3,500 4 a retainer if I had 3500 I wouldn't have to file bankruptcy to me they were a joke

I use Sheppard Law Offices for my taxes. Ken Sheppard Sr has been doing my taxes since 2010 and is outstanding in he’s profession. Always a smile and treats you like a family member. I would fully recommend him and his firm for all your legal needs.
