****UPDATE**** Randomly today the refund appears with a gift card in hopes I’ll change my initial review. Funny how it never got scanned into my usps informed delivery for today. But hey it did make it. However their communication sucks!! Steer clear! Our experience was not at all what we expected, very unprofessional. We had little to no communication. When we reached out it was near impossible to hear back. When we finally decided to cut ties they told us we would have a refund within 30 days. It has now been over 85 days and when we email there is no response, No update to our request at all. This has been a stressful process anyway, the extra stress has made this a horrible experience. Very discouraging.

Had I done better research on where to go for help I would have went somewhere else. Would never recommend. Too many problems in the beginning and they’re not there to proactively help you or be on your side. If you want updates throughout the process you’ll have to reach out on your own and push these people to do anything for you. They get their money and that’s all that matters to them. Not everyone that files is completely ignorant. But if you are, this is the place for you!
