I’ve lived here for a few months and while my unit is spacious, they’re pretty negligent of the property. My unit was not properly cleaned upon move in so I had to clean it, the inner units hallways are unclean and smell bad when you inter the building, they neglect property work on exterior issues for months. There are abandoned cars w flat tires in our parking lot. They even evicted a tenant and left their cat inside of the unit for a few days. When we first moved here, the first crew was nice. But they showed us apartment that was not even the one that we were supposed to have gotten. We wind up getting this one and it was leaking water from the ceiling. We told them it took them about a month to fix the water and it was actually forming a hole in the ceiling above the shower. They fixed it now. It's been like 6 months later. it is beginning to leak again. They just go upstairs. Turn off some water and then come back down and it takes them a whole. If I’m honest.. I hate my apartment. I think it’s so ugly. I love that it’s my first apartment that I can share w my cats… but absolutely everything else about it I HATE. I hate their dirty, old, office style cabinets in the tiny kitchen instead of regular wooden cabinets. I hate the stains on my bathroom mirror and toilet.
